Each Full Day retreat and Weekend Retreat will include
Environmental Arts Therapy, Somatics, Breathflow, Dreaming and Community Ritual.
Each session will be held In a contained group of 9 participants only, to ensure everyone is heard, seen and held.
The work is accumulative in effect BUT you are free to join us at any point as each event also stands alone in its value.
This is not simply a woman’s circle. This is deep transformative work.

2025 Events

Re-Nourishing The Feminine ONLINE : JANUARY
The deep midwinter is cyclically a moment to recede in, nourish and search among the feeling spaces. It is a return to the space of HOME in the body. Whatever state that HOME is in.
This is a month long program to enable us to meet ourselves within.
We soften, open and build deep foundation in the feeling body, the potent resonance of the deep feminine that echoes through and beneath all that we do and all that we are.
Our tools are movement, Integrative Breathflow, somatics & Integrative Pelvic health practices creating a whole-body healing program that uses breath & internal movement to liberate the heart area, voice expression and pelvis; 3 core places where blocks are often held stagnant within the female body.
An essential 4 week course for anyone who wishes to deep dive into full embodiment, full health and respect of the feminine in these over patriarchal times.
Re-Nourish The Feminine is a program of weekly holistic somatic practices on recording to do at your own pace in your own space, held in jewels of theory and journal prompts.
There will be optional online circles held on Tuesdays January 7th & 28th for questions and discussion. 8-9pm on zoom.

Emerge : Day Immersion Surrey : Saturday 1st Feb 2025
As Imbolc arrives we meet at the initiation of Spring to integrate our learning over the Wintering and set our arrow of fire to the new cycle emerging.
Each Full Day retreat will include

2025 RETREAT : 16th-18th May : DEVON

A weekend deep diving into the work and yearning of this cycle.
This year’s retreat is held around Beltane ; a point in the cycle where we are headed into the year’s most expansive bloom.
The retreat is a hugely immersive experience where we do both the digging and the soar. It can be life changing, affirming and shifting.
