Alongside The Heroine’s Path, Laura currently works in the NHS in an acute in patient setting for neurodiverse adults, and runs her own private Environmental Arts Therapy practice in Devon.

  • Hannah

Hannah is co-creator of seer dance : seer movement & the founder of a sanctuary studio dedicated to women’s health, embodiment, and deep healing in Forest Row. Through her unique offerings in dance, breath & embodied movement, she invites women back into connection with their bodies, their breath, and their inner wisdom.

From an early age, Hannah developed a distrust for the way womanhood is experienced in our society. From the moment she left home she began a life long seeking to re-establish and re-balance our respect for the feminine principle within.

She is the creator of Renourishing the Feminine, a transformative programme that weaves together embodied practices to support women in reclaiming vitality, softness, voice and strength. Her work draws on years of experience in body work, breath work, & birth/post partum work, with a special focus on pelvic health and nervous system regulation.

Hannah co-created The Heroine’s Path from her own journey toward wholeness. At the heart of her work is a devotion to creating spaces where women feel safe to unravel, remember, and return to themselves.

  • Jade

Jade is a singer, storyteller, bodyworker and guide. She is a trained yoga and meditation teacher, energy worker and therapeutic body practitioner, offering a deeply intuitive approach to feminine healing and reconnection.

She has spent over 15 years exploring yoga, sound, voice and somatic practices across cultures, and has trained in Reiki and Sekhem energy healing, intuitive massage, womb healing and sacred ceremony. Her work is rooted in her own lived journey — from disconnection and self-doubt into wholeness, voice and inner belonging.

Jade co-founded The Heroine’s Path as a living response to the call for embodied feminine spaces. She offers 1:1 sessions, womb connection ceremonies and group immersions that invite women home to the wisdom of their bodies, their cyclical nature and their power.

She also performs and writes as a singer-songwriter, weaving story and song as threads of remembrance.
