Re-nourishing your Essence
We meet to delve into the deep essence of the self.
We follow the themes of Water, the whale, movement, vitality, and self-nourishment and ask how we nurture ourselves. What stands in the way of this vital life restoring practice. What blocks us from access to the beauty of this life?
In mystic and medicine tradition the deep essence, the first core of ourselves, is held in the element of water within. How can we consciously protect and actively care for this part of our being?
Together we will experience, feel and reach into deep and accessible, tangible tools of deep connection to source. Deep connection to the beauty and bliss coursing through the foundation of life.
And when we do this, dear people, our capacity and our deep inner strength expands in our fluid softness.
Water is the most powerful of elements. And this is our root.
Come to be nourished.
Come to be held.
Come to be nurtured from the root up.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
This weekend will mirror the way of water in that we will move gently and with intention. We will be journeying together from source on the ancient land of Dartmoor to the river mouth of the coastline. There will be walking, somatic practices, Environmental arts therapy, community ritual, mantra, breathwork, dreaming, herbs, nutritional food and a lot of deep community love.
All accommodation is at Bigbury Camping Barn, SOUTH DEVON, TQ7 4AP ; communal dormitory style living. We are blessed with a hot tub, sauna and stunning views of the ocean.
The food will be vegetarian and vibrant.
Arrival from 4pm on 15th ( start at 7.30pm) . Departure 4pm on Sunday 17th.
The retreat holds 9 participants so you will be seen, held and heard. We recommend, if you feel the call, to bring friends and loved ones as it is a powerful experience to move through these practices together. This is how we build deep community, deeper friendship, deeper life together. You aer also welcome to come solo.You will be a vital and essential part of the group.
This is our deepest and most profound event of the year. We spend the weekend together immersed in a myriad of practices and one another’s company and breakthroughs are made.
