What to expect…

Whether you come for a day , or a weekend , you will be met by our practitioners in a safe non judgemental space with access to nature.

You will be guided through a series of trauma informed practices to explore a particular theme relevant to the time of gathering, in reference to the cyclical wheel of the year.

There will be an opportunity to explore the themes in both community, bearing witness to each others’ process and individually to discover what arises for you.

Everything is an invitation and your participation will be supported throughout by our experienced practitioners.

Our gatherings include a combination of

Environmental Arts Therapy, Somatics, Integrative Breathflow, Dream journeying, sharing circles and Community Ritual.

Days are held In a contained group of 9 participants only, to ensure everyone is heard, seen and held.

The work is accumulative in effect BUT you are free to join us at any point as each event also stands alone in its value.

Is this for me?

I have been walking along the heroines path for several years now. The path has been bumpy at times, I’ve climbed hills walked through deep valleys- all guided by 3 amazing woman who share their wisdom and practices, supporting our personal journeys to find our true selves, connecting heart, body, mind and Mother Earth.
The combination of the practices of somatic movement, meditation, ritual and environmental art psychotherapy enable a truly unique experience.
Personally I have been able to begin to accept the challenges of my childhood and recognise they do not have to define me; I’ve begun to find my true voice enabling me to speak my truth and not simply focus on the needs of others and also welcomed the teenage me with everything that brings!
I have laughed til I cried, cried til I laughed and made wonderful connections with other heroine’s; connected with myself and with our beautiful world.
Best moment- too many to share here- one comes to mind of breaking free from what holds us back deep in the Welsh countryside.
Where will the path take us next? Can’t wait to find out.
