It is an opportunity of deep rest and digestion. Of nurture and tending the body, soul and psyche. It is a moment to allow yourself to experience what is known as the beauty path and allow yourself to be deeply held.
This Full Day retreat includes:
Environmental Arts Therapy, Somatics, Breathflow, Dreaming and Community Ritual.
Each session is held In a contained group of 9 participants only, to ensure everyone is heard, seen and held.
This is not simply a woman’s circle. This is deep transformative work.
