4 weeks of practices devoted to nourishing your nervous system, nurturing your root foundation and the building deep presence from which to walk into your year’s becoming.
You will be given a myriad of practices
* breathwork
*somatic body work
*dream journeying
*Environmental Arts therapeutic work
to guide us through the darkest and coldest face of the year.
These practices are transformational and can enable us to softness down into our DEEPEST TRUTH.
In Spring you will EMERGE with a greater consciousness, a more profound connection with your body and soul, a strong tool of box of knowing.
The course is recorded to do in your own space, & in your own time.
There will be online circles to check in, connect with one another and discuss the practices.
